Draft Unified Planning Work Program, 2010-2011
The Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council has prepared its Draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for State Fiscal Year 2010-2011. The UPWP is the annual work program for the staff of the Transportation Council and documents the transportation planning activities they have accomplished in the previous year and intend to accomplish in the coming year. The Draft UPWP is provided for public review and comment. Comments may be made to ectc@stny.rr.com or to Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council, 400 E. Church St., Elmira, NY 14901. The public comment period ends on March 8, 2010.
